Since its opening in 1982, the Blount County-Oneonta Agri-Business Center has served as the venue for many exciting events including:
The indoor arena measures 26,500 sq. ft. and can be heated. Its dirt floor is 100 ft x 265 ft and can be powdered for livestock events or packed for an event that requires a hard surface. Bleachers flank each side of the arena and have a seating capacity of 3000. Folding chairs (270) and tables are also available. A stage is also available and measures 18 ft x 35 ft. The Center is governed by an autonomous volunteer board of directors composed of representatives from various organizations throughout Blount County. An Executive Director and Secretary are the two full-time, paid staff members. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
